How long do you prepare the order?

It would take 1-7 business days to prepare and 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.

How long should I wait till the parcel comes?

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14 - 25 business days.

Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible.

We produce and ship beds in large heavy packages. Sorry but it's the delivery company, that estimates shipping cost. Unfortunately, we have no influence on it. Hope for your understanding.


Are there any fees or duties?

Please NOTE the furniture has big sizes of the box and heavyweight of the package you can pay customs or import taxes. And Please Note the amount of taxes will depend on your country and its laws. We are not able to influence them.
The USA and Australia do not pay customs duties.


Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern. 

Do you have any returns or exchanges?
