Our Story

The story of BusyWood brand began with a simple but significant desire — to help children grow and develop every day. Denys, one of the brand’s founders, who was inspired by his own children tells how it all began:

"As a child grows, their curiosity about the world around them becomes boundless. The idea to combine play and furniture came to life after immersing into the Montessori teachings. I realized that furniture could be more than just part of the interior, but it could also be a playground for self-development. The importance of this vision became even clearer during quarantine, as children needed ways to stay active and develop physically right at home.

The brand’s journey took off when Serhii, who, like me, believed in my dream and brought new meaning to it. Serhii is a skilled craftsman with over a decade of experience in furniture making, created a bed prototype for our children. It was so practical and compact that it quickly became a play space for our kids, confirming that the product truly met all expectations".

Over time, the BusyWood team started developing furniture for older children, focusing on different stages of their development. We’re committed to ensuring complete safety by using only natural wood and water-based paints, making our furniture hypoallergenic and safe for every child’s health.
