✦ Zen Low Profile Bed is made of high-quality natural Alder wood. The slats are made of high-class polished birch plywood. For painting, we use eco-friendly, water-based paints. Materials do not emit harmful substances and do not cause an allergic reaction.
✦ We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hand. The color of the product may be slightly different from that shown in the photo and can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

➸ ASSEMBLING
We provide all the required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction. 

➸ PREPARE ORDER
It would take 1-7 business days to prepare and 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.

➸ DELIVERY
Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia – 14 - 25 business days.
It should be remembered that during international transport there may be delays at customs.

➸ CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
The furniture has large box sizes, and for a large package weight, you will pay customs duties and import taxes. We do not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws.

The USA, Australia and EU member countries do not pay Custom Services Payments and Import fees.
