● The platform bed has no limits in weight for a sleeping place.

● House Platform Playpen Bed is made of high-quality natural, solid and durable Alder wood. For painting, we use eco-friendly, water-based varnish and paints. Materials do not emit harmful substances and do not cause an allergic reaction.

● We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hand, using traditional finishing techniques. All corners of the products are carefully sanded and rounded-edged. The color of the product may be slightly from that shown in the photo, can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

➸ ASSEMBLING
We provide all the required tools for assembling, including manual instruction and video tutorial.
Please use a T25 star bit and PZ2 cross-shaped bit, which are included with bed and a cordless power drill for faster assembly.

➸ SHIPPING
It would take 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.

➸ DELIVERY
Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia – 14 - 25 business days.
It should be remembered that during international transport there may be delays at customs.

➸ CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
The furniture is heavyweight and is packed in a big size box. Therefore you may need to pay customs duties and import taxes. We do not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws.
