We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hands. The color of the product may be slightly from that shown in the photo, also can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

We provide all the required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction and video tutorial.
➸ PREPARE ORDER
It would take 1-7 business days to prepare the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, except weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.
➸ DELIVERY
Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia – 14 - 25 business days.
It should be remembered that during international shipping the delays at customs may happen.

The furniture is heavyweight and is packed in a large box. Therefore, you may need to pay additional customs fees. We do not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws.
