Shipping policy

ORDER PREPARATION

It would take 1-7 business days to produce the item. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are prepared and send orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.



SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship with UPS/ DHL/ FedEx delivery companies.

Your purchase is insured during shipping, so you can feel confident that your parcel will be safe within the delivery.

 

We are not responsible for spelling errors in the order details provided by the buyer. Please be careful when writing order details.
If this is not due to our mistake, shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
If the parcel is refused, the shipping cost is not refundable.
Also, shipping costs will not be refunded for undeliverable packages.


Please note that the delivery cost to the remote states and locations as Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico etc. will be higher, and we will ask you to pay.

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14 - 25 business days.
It should be remembered that during international transport there may be delays at customs.



CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please NOTE the furniture has big sizes of the box and heavyweight of the package you can pay customs or import taxes. And Please Note the amount of taxes will depend on your country and its laws. We are not able to influence them.
The USA, Canada and EU member countries do not pay customs duties.

 

PAYMENTS

For your shopping convenience, we accept payments via the PayPal system. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient in advance.


GUARANTEES

We take responsibility for delivery: in case of damage or loss during delivery, we will send you a replacement. Once the delivery company provides proof of delivery, we do not take further responsibility.

Loss or theft after confirmed delivery is outside our responsibility. Please contact the delivery service or police for further investigation.

Before that, we recommend checking the backyard, garage, or nearby neighbors' addresses.
