The products by Busywood guarantee you handmade quality for a period of 24 months. The warranty is valid only if our products are handled with care and correctness.
If you have a problem, please send us a photo or video of the product so that we can assess whether it was damaged during transporting.
Our warranty covers damage during shipment and loss of any parts.
The warranty is not valid in such cases:
- Accidents
- Negligence
- Improper and/or abnormal use
- Modifications and/or alterations
- Commercial use of the product
Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- One or more replacement parts.
- Replacement item
